Brian Widmer, our executive chef, just returned from a week long baking intensive in San Francisco with new skills and fresh ideas. Taylor and Megann spent the holidays in Utah, then embarked on a long driving excursion from Portland to SF, visiting wineries and sharing culinary adventures with friends. Mary and Gary just returned from Maui and Kauai, so now it’s time to get to work!

Tblog1-donald-zealandhis season we say a fond farewell to Donald Zealand, our night manager for the last 17 years.  Donald celebrated his retirement in Paris and Barcelona.  He leaves big shoes to fill, but plans to return for opening week-end to train his replacement.
